I have recently completed my first cycle of the bodybuilding pendulum and now entering the 3rd week of my second. Does anyone have recommendations as to where calves, and direct abdominal work should be inserted into the three weeks? The workout mentions this extra work kind of offhand and doesnt really address it. I currently add calves and abdominal work every other workout ie 1st workout calves at the end, 2nd workout abdominals and then repeat. Any advice here would be welcome as well as what time, tempo, and exercise should be done. Thanks for your input.
