What video motivates me? Not just a small clip/video but a movie…
PUMPING IRON, the docu-drama about the early days of bodybuilding… throw that in the dvd player grab a protein shake and enjoy.

I watched all 3 of those videos and it was the most inspiring, insightful thing I saw all month without a doubt. Maybe all year. That first clip where he sais “If you live your life for your co-workers or parents or friends you will be miserable the rest of your life” So simple yet so true.
- YouTube by the way here is one of my Fav’s Ruhl. In this video he explains and demonstrates how he works chest.

We have had several threads like this and some of them are probably just tired of posting the same vids, instead they wanna find some new stuff. lol
and sorry to break it to you, but this is a pussified version of a bodybuilding forum.
Competitive bodybuilders are a rare breed round here…

intense set of the month candidate or what?
I always watch a clip like this before I hit the gym. Ronnie is the epitome of a bodybuilder/strongman.
