Why does every cool video have to be accompanied by a SHITTY song?

#5

I'd like to point out that my 2011 training vids had some damn awesome songs!

I love watching Layne Norton powerlift. It's nice to see he got over his fear of a pec tear.

Nice videos Stu!

#15

I wonder where the myth that bodybuilders are weak came from....

#16

I think you missed the point. Big time.

#17

Can anyone tell me the names of those Korn songs?

#18

Yep. Although it was a valid point, Layne did have a 405 bench before he tore his pec and started powerlifting.

#19

Its my understanding he was always primarily a bodybuilder, powerlifting is a more recent endeavor. Cant really lump him in with the dedicated powerlifters who dont compete in bodybuilding as well.

#20

That's right. He powerlifts on the side.
