I’m a diabetic and I’ve been on the Body For Life program for 40 days now. I have seen some improvement (my legs and arms are more muscular) but there has been almost no chnage in my stomach. I think it’s time I switch to a new program. Does anyonme know of any program that helps you loose fat quckly and that is safe for diabetics (I cannot eliminate all carbohydrates.)
You’re giving up after 5 weeks? If you do this with every program you do you’ll never get anywhere. Complete the 12 weeks in a disciplined fashion and then look for something else. While I wouldn’t recommend BFL for ever I think it is a good starter program. Once you’ve completed it assess your improvements, then look around the t-mag site for lots of other excellent programs for those looking to go beyond the BFL.
