Her bodyfat measure of 30 percent is probably fairly accurate. Remember, Bruiser is a female and women do carry more bodyfat than males. For comparison, my girlfriend is 5’6" and 108lbs, and her bodyfat is in the upper teens or lower 20’s, and she weighs more than 10lbs less than Bruiser.
Ideally, she should try to get into the low 20’s or upper teens, unless she wants to push the envelope and go for the lower teens. As for losing bodyfat, the first thing to consider is your diet. Yep, it doesn’t matter how much you work out and stay active if you don’t eat properly.
