Hey, Bruiser. At your age you probably don’t need to make MAJOR changes. Working out, focusing on your larger muscle groups (i.e., back, chest and legs) will get you the biggest bang for the buck as far as working out. Get someone to show you how to deadlift, squat and bench press. Throw in some pullups, and you have a workout that will take you far.

However, having said that, I can’t think of any thing that will help you drop BF faster than getting your diet right. Do a search in the article archive for “Foods that Make You Look Good Nekkid.” Ditch the junk and the cokes. Make sure you’re getting protein every meal. Eat the foods recommended in the article above. Other than that, work hard, play hard, have some fun!!!
