I am going to be starting 531 bbb in about a week. I’m 5"6 163 lbs at around 12-13% body fat. I would like to add some mass but don’t know if my bf is too high to start a lean bulk. Eating between 2500-2700 calories.Protein is at or around 1g/day healthy fats around the same and carbs are barely 130. I’ve been at a sticking point and can’t seem to cut down , being that I would rather gain some size is this a good place to begin a bulk and where about should I manipulate my macros
Your bodyfat is fine for BBB. Just commit to the cause.
