Body Fat Tests

What’s the cheapest, easiest way to get a fairly accurate measurement?

And don’t suggest the best way, which is water submersion (right?), because I won’t pay for that.

Just get decent skinfold calipers. I just use a 3-site formula.

How accurate is it? Honestly, I doubt it’s extremely accurate. But who cares? It’s still useful to track trends over time.

Better yet have someone at your gym that has experience use calipers

Welp, bombs away then…

Splash!

Actually, I’ll get some price quotes and report those here for everyone else that’s curious. Then I’ll look into the caliper test too.

Thanks!

(For what it’s worth, I do take the tape measurer to my body every Monday and that does seem to keep me motivated).
