Any thoughts of what my body fat percentage is? I'm around 173-175 right now. Long story short in the process of moving to a new city, graduating college, and getting my first job as a night shift nurse my training and nutrition had become sub par. I lost about 15 lbs and have added to my waist line... On the bright side I joined a great gym and I'm ready to get started again! Any thoughts of where I should go from here? Thanks!
