Body Comp Sample Workout

I am confused in regards to the sample workouts. Is each sample workout per week? …like A1&A2 done on Monday, B1&B2 Tuesday, C1&C2 Thursday and D1&D2 Friday? If so, these workout are very short per session… is it design this way to include 30 mins cardio in the end?
I can’t imagined the whole sample workout to be done in one day, several times a week.

I am confused because I read that Poliquin recommends a circuit workout three times a week. These sample exercises from the article hardly hits all bodyparts in one day.

I read this and can’t understand the breakdown of these exercises… Please help!
