I’ve done all three a few times over and enjoyed each one of them. Marketing hype is just that, but all three are solid programs. Yes they market the 90day transformations, but we all know fitness is a journey not a destination. Put the work in, eat right and they will deliver.
Of the three, Body Beast is the best for putting on some muscle, P90X for general fitness and P90X2 is all about the core.
So how is the routine going so far?
