Body Acne and Are my Nipples Puffy?

Obvious body acne, and do my nipples look puffy? They are not sensitive.

Running 640mg test e per week and 40mg tbol ed. guessing I’m running into some estrogen issues at the moment. The body acne has progressed over the last couple weeks. Also on week 16 of a 20 week cycle. No real issues up until a couple weeks ago. Little to no sides to speak of. Not sure why it’s becoming an issue now. Have adex on hand.

Just me, but my concerns usually started only when I would feel a lump in or around the area. Nipple tenderness and swelling is fairly normal in your type of cycle. I imagine you are toward the end based on the timeframe you mentioned so you could try to treat it or see if it gets better as you come off.
