Just wanted to say HI!

Happy Training! :stuck_out_tongue:

I’ve been reading through journals and am just floored by some of these squat numbers. How do ya’ll put down these 200+ squats?

Good to see you join us. I just finished a 5/3/1 program and it was killer. It’s definitely deceptive on paper. Good luck in reaching your goals!

I’m seeing this program all over the place lately…where can one look it up? I guess I could start with google
