I’ll be doing a week long case study on myself starting in the morning. The goal here is to shock the body, shock the motivational drive, and do a complete water flush. I also thought it would be fun to see how far I can push myself in a one week time frame. Kind of give myself a better perspective of what I’m looking at as far as fat left to lose vs water weight / bloat.
