Goal: Get stronger. Get bigger. Start squatting again.
Current Lifts:
Bench Press: 200x1
Deadlift: 315x1, 310x2
DB Bench Press: 90x4

Currently following the Coan/Phillipi Deadlift Routine and seeing good results. I will do the Week#4 workout on Friday or Saturday. I do a split that looks like this.

Friday- Deadlifts
Saturday- Biceps/Chest
Sunday- Triceps/Shoulers
Monday- Back
Tuesday- Biceps/Chest
Wednesday- Triceps/Shoulders
Thursday- Off

That’s the current plan. Haven’t worked out yet today, so I’ll log later

I was going to use today as a rest day, but…fuck that. Did my deadlifts today, so I can rest tomorrow. Possible basketball tournament on Saturday I need some rest for. Here’s week #4 of the Coan/Phillip Routine.

These were tiring as fuck. Some were fast, some were grinded out.

I don’t do the assistance exercises for this routine as this^ is tiring enough. Hit the heaviest weight I’ve ever done(330), so today was good.

No lifting today. I went to the park to play some basketball…then I rolled my ankle REALLY hard. The fucker is swelling up pretty bad right now. I’ve rolled my ankle before, but this feels much different. Fuck…

Went to doctor.
No break or anything.
I have to use crutches since all I can do is drag my left leg around.
No training tonight. I’m gonna wake up early tomorrow morning so I can crutch my ass around an empty gym.
