Bloodwork is Low, Doc Says it's Normal

I just got back from dr office. Got my blood work in my test level is 291. I know this is very low for a 27 year old. The dr said that this is in normal range and I shouldn’t worry about it. But I know I should at least be in the 600 range.

I set up an appointment at another dr. It is a hormone replacement treatment center. I called and they offer testosterone treatment. I have a copy of my blood work. What should I tell this dr to get my levels up? Any advice would be great!
