Blood Work Results

This is 12 weeks after my cycle ended. I’m 23 years old and did a Test/Oral Tren cycle. Here are my bloods:

Test, serum: 547 ng/dL

LH: 5.9 mIU/mL

FSH: 4.9 mIU/mL

Estradiol: 30.0 pg/mL

I know these are in the ok range, but I still feel run down. I’m not sure what to do because I feel tired all the time but these numbers are ok. Power pct without the hcg since the boys are up and working. They just aren’t as big as they used to be.

It takes time to recover, physical changes occur. But after 12 weeks, you are probably at the end state.

Your TT is reasonable, not great. However your E2:T is not good.

Do you have access to anastrozole? 0.5mg/week in EOD divided doses may be helpful. Use a liquid product or dissolve tablets in vodka and dispense by the drop.

I’ve moved from 218 to 213 over the last 4 weeks in a calorie deficit, nothing crazy. So this seems like normal weight loss.

I could try the anastrozole. As an AI, would that purely lower my E2 levels? Or would it alter anything else including LH or FSH?

Thanks for the advice man.

If you lower E2–>22pg/ml your LH/FSH should increase and TT&FT should follow.

Would letro be overkill? Would the addition of a SERM do anything?

If you are on PCT, a SERM has a role. At this point you are recovered, but perhaps not the recovery that you were hoping for.

You need a small AI dose, letro is too strong and its dose-response has a bad reputation for not been predicable.
