Got a blood test for the first time in years and here are the "flags."
Things I'm not worried about:
Chloride: 96 (97 minimum).. I think I can just drink more water or knock off the creatine
Total Cholesterol: 201 (199 max)
The only thing that is kind of concerning is my LDL cholesterol at 109 (99 max). I eat a fairly high fat diet (over 40 percent of my cals), so maybe this is catching up w/ me. It could be my fat sources, I guess. I eat a lot of chicken. My carb tolerance has increased a bit, so perhaps it's time for a switch up (A1C was 4.9 (4.8 min)?
