I’ve always had problems with blood sugar. As a kid, I was fat and it was way high. As an adult, I’ve always had problems with low blood sugar. Been to the doctor. He just recommended a diet of stuff like oatmeal and brown rice. Down wonders for my energy and strength. Not so much for the waist line. Anybody else have the same issues or any advice?
Make the transition to a ‘fat adapted’ metabolism and any/all such problems will disappear.
