Blood Sugar Crashes?


I like the protocol, but what about blood sugar crashes during the middle of your workout?


I think CT was saying something about having the same problem, but adding half of a FINiBAR during the workout to maintain a steady supply of carbs seemed to help.

CT, correct me if I'm wrong though. :smiley:


I don't know how you could have one... your drinking carbs throughout the workout... And you just had a ton of carbs 15 minutes prior, and 40 minutes before that you had a bunch of low-glycemic carbs... seems very unlikely.
