I think CT was saying something about having the same problem, but adding half of a FINiBAR during the workout to maintain a steady supply of carbs seemed to help.
CT, correct me if I’m wrong though.
I don’t know how you could have one… your drinking carbs throughout the workout… And you just had a ton of carbs 15 minutes prior, and 40 minutes before that you had a bunch of low-glycemic carbs… seems very unlikely.
