Blood clots are really not seen as an issue here. Cardio vascular problems are increased with higher E2 levels. Are you managing E2 with anastrozole?
How are you feeling otherwise? Energy, libido, initiative, mood etc?
What meds are you taking, Rx and OTC?
Supplements?
Do you have heartburn?
Do you get leg cramps? - magnesium deficiency and has CV impact.
Labs should include CRP for general inflammory markers and homocysteine which is cardio specific.
