Blog Post about 5/3/1 While Injured

I’ve been doing 5/3/1 quite consistently ever since I used my first round of Covid cash to turn the garage into a gym. I’m not injured and am relatively young, so this isn’t something that I need right away, but I remember in the past reading a blog post from Jim about alternatives to the primary 5/3/1 lifts in the event of injury or old age (I know the trap bar was mentioned as an alternative to the deadlift but that’s all). I guess I’m not DuckDuckGo-ing the right combination or words to find it again.

Like I said, I don’t need it right now, but I’m a contingency plan kinda guy, I figured it might be useful to have if anyone remembers it.

I know he mentioned using the trap bar, Swiss bar and safety squat bar for those purposes. You might put those into the search.
