I finished bulking for 2 weeks a few months ago but am still severely bloated. It is not due to additional bodyfat (although I gained a little). I am like this no matter what I eat or drink, so I don’t think it is a food allergy. I have tried low carbs, lots of fiber, plenty of water, digestive enzymes, probiotics, and nothing helps. I am eating normally now(maintenance).
Not using any supps except vitamins and protein . I’ve tried dropping the protein but it does’nt help. I also have sort of a cramping sensation in the lower abdomen, which is where most of the bloat is. I really need help on this one guys!

Go to the doctor that could be a million things. Not the least of which an infected appendix. Get it checked

PS, did you use any pro-hormones or steroids while bulking?

It very well could be your gallbladder I had the same problem and had to have my gallbladder removed b/c it wasnt functioning properly. Now I feel great and I can eat whatever I want and not feel bloated anymore. Make sure you go to the doctor and get this checked out immediatley cause it also could be your appendix and you dont want that thing to rupture. Good luck boss
