Will it work? Sure, if you train hard, eat right, and change up your training every 4-6 weeks, it’ll work.
ive done it and it definately gave me results, especially with strength. its a tough one though thats for sure
It works, but what doesn’t?
Definitely increased my strength, so I was happy with that.
The upper/lower split was new for me, but I enjoyed the change of pace and being able to work antagonistic muscle groups (a bench set, then a row set, repeat). I’m not sure if the article advocated antagonistic sets, but I did them and think they’re great/
