"Blending Size and Strength" Program

Hey guys, not sure if im posting on the right place or not…
I have been doing mostly powerlifting type training for past two years and want to switch it up and gain some size ( while still holding onto or hopefully still gaining some strength )
There is a program on t nation called BLENDING SIZE AND STRENGTH by clay hyght. Just wondering if any of you guys have heard of it and if you think it’s a good program to follow for some size.
It basically has you training 4 days per week, 1 heavy day each for upper and lower and 1 light day each for upper and lower. The heavy days are sets of 3 and 5 reps mostly amd light days sets of 10-20 reps. Hitting each muscle twice per week, but only 2 exercises per muscle per week… For example incline bench in heavy day 6 sets of 3 and flat db press on light day 3 sets of 12, 15, 20.

Yep, it’s a very solid plan. Dr. Clay Hyght knows his shit when it comes to bodybuilding. It’s a great upper/lower split that hits everything directly. Followed to-the-letter, with a proper eating plan, you should definitely see some good results.
