Blast from the Past - Renaissance Body Dev. Question

Hey Christian,

In reference to one of my favorite articles by you, “Renaissance Body Development,” based on your current knowledge, what, if anything, would you change with this program? I’m kind of in a training rut right now and remember how much I enjoyed that sort of training.

Also, I never knew the frequency of training you would recommend with that sort of program. I train early in the morning before work now and can train more often, but not for as long.
