I have Thib's "Black Book of Training Secrets", which has an amazingly detailed section on Olympic lifts and assists. It contains a 12-week progression program. Is this intended to be done with a coach, or could an intermediate lifter do it on his/her own by reading and adhering to the instructions?
It’s a great program, I’d advice going through it with a coach or training partner who knows the lifts until you are familiar with them. If you already are then I wouldn’t worry.
