Hi all,
Been training extensively for about year and half now; currently 186 with 6-7% bf. Have experimented with all kinds of lifting routines and diets etc. etc. Still modifying shit to keep er’ fresh…anybody have an issue with training bi’s and legs on the same day?..Bad idea or no?..Since I am in the gym usu. about 6 days a week (with no negative results) i figured it wouldn’t be necessarily a bad idea.
