I’ve tried a number of low carb or protein pancake recipes over the years. Birch Benders Keto mix plus a scoop of vanilla Metabolic Drive is by far my favorite. The pancakes come out light and fluffy with just a hint of vanilla flavor.

Thanks. I’ll give it a try. Here’s my favorite:
1 ripe banana smashed up
2 eggs
1 spoonful of natural peanut better
1 scoop protein powder (I like chocolate here, but vanilla works)
Stir up into a goo.
Cook as pancakes on griddle, top with blueberries (microwave frozen blueberries and smash them up).
