I don’t want to give anyone any ideas, but a couple of months ago, I ordered a bottle of Spike that arrived with the capsules melted (odd since it was still spring, its hot down here in AZ but not that bad springtime). Anyway, Biotest customer service happily shipped out a new bottle free of charge and no questions asked. They didn’t even request the melted bottle be sent back, which I gladly would have done. I concur, customer for life here, but I was anyway.
