Getting a good nights sleep has been a major challenge for me. I believe this has affected my training and kept me from reaching my goals. I regularly wake up about the same time every night(1 am)and when I do I am hungry. So I usually grab a piece of fruit or a cup of yogurt. I
have tried melatonin,allergy meds,OTC sleep aids, and ZMA with little or no results. The new Z-12 has peaked my interest, but I am wary. Has anyone tried Z-12 and had good results?
