Biotest Superfood to Make the Best Protein Shake

Just thought I'd share. Here's what you'll need.

Shaker
Superfood (1 serving....which is 5 grams)
Vanilla Muscle Milk (the RTDs at gas stations or wherever)
.5 servings of any vanilla whey (since the MM only has 25 grams in the one I get)

Some of you "purists" may not like including the MM. But whatever. I'm just telling it like it is. Put all together, shake it all up, and drink.

This thing literally tastes like a vanilla malt you'd get at a restaurant imho. I know it doesn't SOUND like it would with the Superfood...but I don't know what to tell you. It just does.

Best part is that it's SO easy to make. No hassle whatsoever....only 2-3 ingredients needed.

I do this every morning but with Metabolic Drive vanilla and Superfood. taste great.

This is my fav:

Herbal fruit tea - 1 cup, hot
Water - 1 cup
Ice - 1.5 cup
Blueberries - 1 cup
Superfood - 1 serving
Cashews - 1/4 cup
Low fat cottage cheese - 1.5 cup
Flaxseed oil - 1 tbsp
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
Cinnamon - 1 splash
Splenda - 1 packet

I believe it. That's a great tasting one too (and much cheaper in the long run). Too bad I don't eat gluten anymore. :frowning: Otherwise I'd be all over that.

I drink my Superfood straight, out of a dirty Mason jar.

No, really. I need to wash it big time.

What is the orginal poster talking about eating gluten? is gluten in something i said i take?

this morning my breakfast was:

two scoops black cherry ice cream
a few spoonfuls of vanilla yogurt
1.5 scoops unflavored whey iso
heaping scoop of Superfood
about 1/4 C frozen mixed berries
added some 1% milk
