Over the next few months supplementation will be as follows.
Just started 2-3 weeks of full dose Receptormax while eating near maintenance calories.
Starting up non Biotest Beta-Alanine.
After 2-3 weeks I will be beginning 2 week cycle of MAG-10 (one serving daily) along with 11-T (one dose daily). 2 weeks off, followed by another 2 week cycle of the above. This will be continued with full dose of Receptormax.
?On? weeks I will most likely be following a modified version of the Growth Surge II workout along with approximately 4800 cals. Taking Surge PWO and a Whey+Gatorade combo during the workout.
Other daily supplements include, Surge, Flameout, ZMA, Biotest Creatine, Superfood
I am really interested in seeing what the 11-T is going to do for you-if you can-will you make note of how it affected you? It is a lot of money and I want to see how it works for you before I shell out the dinero.

I’m still jealous you still have some MAG-10. I’ll be interested to see your progress though.
I still have two bottles of 11-T myself. I think I’m going to thaw them out finally and give them a run in a month or two (along with Receptormax). I’ll post my results with that in my log.
Anyway, good luck with your progress and I’ll be keeping an eye out on your log.

Deadlift (#s are insanely low I know, but my tight hamstrings have developed tendinitis in the past from going heavy). I was also suspecting form issues.
Sure enough, on the dessent my hips begin to tuck in a little. Going to ditch them till I get the hamstring issue resolved

I’m pretty sure he was saying that if using MAG-10, and 11-T at full dose, that you wouldn’t get the most bang for your buck, since both work exceptionally well. But, not at full dose would be worth it.

IIRC, MAG-10 can be used once or twice a day.
To lengthen my use of MAG-10, would it be ok or worth it, to use MAG-10 once per day, and 11-T one application per day?
J-fit, just curious…what are your goals. You didn’t mention them. I know you said that you are going to be doing the growth surge project and you’re taking 11-T and MAG-10, but you’re eating at maintenance now. Are you intending for a little body recomp?
I’m just curious because I’m surprised someone at 20% BF would want to constinue to do a major bulk (no disrepect intended; just stating a thought)
Goal is 215. Not necessarily by the end of MAG-10.
Hopefully with a majority of that muscle it will effectively lower my body fat %.
Eating at maintenance for a few weeks since I’ve been on a bulk for a while now. Admittely taking in too many of the wrong carbs and eating a little too much.
I’m anxious to see how it will turn out.
I will say after almost a week of Receptormax at this point I’m more impressed with 11-T’s effects in such a short span. Granted it’s only been 5 days can’t expect much.
