Do any of you know how this bodysignature thing works that Charles Poliquin has developed?
My measurements are:

biceps: 2 mm
triceps: 3mm
umbillical: 5 mm
scapular: 8 mm
quad: 6 mm
supra illiac: 3 mm

My fat seems to be spread all over the body so a 40-30-30 diet would be best I suppose?
