I like the idea behind it, but it just seems like i will be doing hardly any training. i dont want to undertrain ;[.
can you really get good mass by doing so little? if so why do all split routnes have loads of exercises that keep you occupied for a good 1hr.
just wondering what other peoples thoughts are, exp the authers if they can be bothered to reply
