Bilateral Movements While Rehabing Knee

I went through 2 knee surgeries this year and been injured for 18 mounths, all for the same meniscus, I got a residual tear after the first op and now I’m about 6 weeks after the second.

I do a lot of unilateral stuff because the leg is piss week, litteraly. Things like bulgarian split squats and lunges with body weight, leg curls, leg ext…

But now I’m wondering if starting some light RDL’s and reverse hypers would be a good idea or should I wait to get the leg as strong as the other before doing any bilateral movements. What do you think ?
