Yes I know I know it’s useless for cardio and strength blah blah blah. But I finally took Dan John’s advice to use it as muscle recovery, and I gotta say that I’m hooked. I’m doing 5/3/1 and sleeping+eating my ass off but still having difficulty recovering. This stuff is helping a lot.
The atmosphere is fairly hipster, but the class kicks your ass enough that you feel ok about being there.
Anybody else tried it before?
