What does everyone think of biking for cardio, not sprinting on the bike just riding it casually to work or school, say for 15 to 25 mins a day, which is what I’ve been doing lately.
Would this have any heart benefit even though I don’t bike hard enough to get out of breath?
Wow. Talk about focusing on the minutia. Just ride the bike dude. Of course there is some heart benefit to riding the bike. If it increases the heart rate at all its working. You dont need to be busting balls to have it be good for you. Save that for the weights.
