I wish I had a scenic route nearby. I have a really good route for cardio and technical aspects (steep hill, many jumps, a little free riding obstacles), but sometimes I just want to do a liesurely ride through some light trails somewhere pretty.

When riding how should one embrace the core? Any cues? Any tips? Sometimes on harder rides I feel my mid-section lose shape and I have to remind myself to use my core more.
