Just started a cycle of 5/3/1 today (with BBB assistance work) -- I have decided to really focus in on building strength for a while and bring my numbers up by a lot.

The Maxes and training maxes (90%) I will be using are:

Bench: 250, 225
Squat: 285, 255 (bumped this down from a max of 300 just to be safe)
Military Press: 160, 145
Deadlift: 350, 315 (also bumped this down as I haven't deadlifted all too much recently)


Today's workout:

BB Bench: 145x5, 170x5, 190x12
BB Bench: 150x5x10 (Big But Boring)
Rows: Worked up to 5x10

Forearm work at the end.
