I started training November of last year. I had worked out before that, but nothing ever consistent. A lot of time wasting. And prior to November I really hadn't worked out any of 2011.
In November of last year I weighed 185. My bench was at 185, squat 225, dead lift 250.
Now I weigh 222. My bench is 315 touch and go, squat 425, dead lift is 455. I thought I would give keeping a log a try.
