I started training November of last year. I had worked out before that, but nothing ever consistent. A lot of time wasting. And prior to November I really hadn't worked out any of 2011.

In November of last year I weighed 185. My bench was at 185, squat 225, dead lift 250.

Now I weigh 222. My bench is 315 touch and go, squat 425, dead lift is 455. I thought I would give keeping a log a try.

Squats and milk. But, don’t slack on the bicep curls, the ladies love the biceps.

Notes: Squats felt pretty good. Felt a little form break down in the hole, but very small, towards the end. Did the 225 just cause my legs were really gone and wanted to push a little with some light weight. The bench felt easy. i should have either done 5x5 or added more weight. I haven’t done dips in forever, that’s why I basically did nothing. Probably should have done some face pulls or something. But I’m pretty OK with that work out, felt pretty strong tonight.

Notes: Didn’t really do a lot in the gym. Still pretty tired from the last couple of heavy work outs. Just wanted to get a light work out without any of the big three. Probably should have done more. Oh well.
