I am looking for a good routine that I can use over the summer. My goals are to gain mass and strength. I want to return to school next year bigger and stronger than ever. Thank you.

Well can someone help me make a routine? I dont want to be spoon fed, but I am not the best at creating routines. Thanks for your replies.
Id say why not pick one of the 100's of great programs on the site. Look on the left under articles, then under training. Pick one that you seem to like and come back here with questions
