Long-time lurker here. Title says it all. Starting a log to keep myself motivated and to break some PRs this summer.

Bench: 225X5 <----really want to get this up...been stuck here forever.
Front Squat: 245X5 <----this one has been stuck here for awhile too...needs to go up.
Will be following a 3-day split I adapted from Modok on this site and will use Thib's recent "Fool-Proof Progression Model" for the main lifts each day.
