BigBilli's Life Log

This log is not only to log my training as I start my first year of college its to log my progress through this year. I believe that the best way to maintain focus and continue to press forward in life is to keep track of what you do and learn what works and what doesn’t. As far as training goes I will be competing in this years Sunshine State Games and would love to do the best I can. I will be using Wendler’s 5/3/1 with some RTS concepts. And with academics Im attempting to transfer to The University of Florida after this year as a junior level transfer. I took four 3 credit courses this summer and have 9 AP credits, so with the extra work I can attempt to transfer after my first year. So this is my log to keep me focus on my goals, my “Life Log”.

Squat: 1RM = 345 lbs
Dead Lift: 1RM = 405 lbs
Military Press: 1RM = 205 lbs
