I’m new to TNation. Never been much of a forum guy - but my one regular forum has been a bit slow lately so I thought I’d see what Tnation has to offer. I have been lifting for years, but in the last two to three years I took an interest in powerlifting. Competed for the first time this past May and brought home a (distant) silver in my weight class. After that I switched to strongman, thew myself into a competition and got third in the amateur class. Been training for strongman since.
