1st rep of every set was shitty, so did extra rep.

Buddy bought hot tub. Loaded it and moved it to his place. Used forearm forklift straps.

Then walked around a friggin mall while the Mrs bought pretty stuff for my niece’s wedding next weekend.

Niece’s wedding in Minneapolis on Saturday. Combined squats and bench accessories today.

Friday night - daughter was on Homecoming court. Walked her across the field at halftime.

Yesterday drove to Minneapolis to pick up armoire we purchased 2 weeks ago. 9 hours round trip. Didn’t even think about lifting yesterday.

Bench is finally back to where it was pre-shoulder injury. Things feel good.

No lifting yesterday.

Did go in to wrap Bonica Laugh’s knees. She his a 585 squat.

Not gonna do much lifting for next couple weeks.

Caught a cold.

Golf league regular season ended today. I finished tied for first. Will split 1st & 2nd place $$.

Next week and following week are playoffs.

Money won is twice as sweet as money earned.

Bonica! I know her! She’s phenomenal to watch.

Morning stretch session. Hunker down &catch some Ryder Cup action. Will hit some balls and get ready for tomorrow’s league championship. Will be in a foursome with my lifting buddy.

Didn’t qualify for the final four of our golf league. Got beat out by a guy I played with several times. Hit some good shots and some not so good shots. In the end it was a gas.

Will play again next with with the other 12 guys who didn’t make the final four. That group will be the last group.

League banquet after the round. Steak & tators and the like. Mrs will meet me there. I’m sure she’ll end up with some of the cash I’ll get next week.

Decided to squat today. Golf league ends tomorrow. There still a couple hundred bucks up for grabs.

Got stretched at 7:30am. Will be going to once a week for this - Sat AM.

Haven’t done anything in a couple weeks.

Worked up to 330 double. Weight felt good and bar moved OK.

Will start training in earnest next Saturday. May try to sneak in a meet in April (before golf starts next year).

Golf league ended today with a steak dinner.

Walked out a couple hundred bucks to the good.

Now, back to lifting.
