Will get a video. We laughed tonite reminiscing about the early days in a 20x30 room.

Oh, I won $20 last Sunday for closest to the pin on a par 3.

Must be exciting to have that much room and great equipment. Nice work on the bench and congrats on the win on the course.

Tendonitis in right arm getting better.

Got some interesting news this week. Gal that’s been working on my hips/legs noticed what she thought was a hernia on my abdomen.

Talked to nurse wife. Hiatal hernia believed to be the culprit. I remember the exact day it may have happened. It was 2012. Deadliting. Felt was seemed like a zipper running straight up my gut. Thought the hernia fix from 2013 would fix it. Guess not. I must’ve had 2 hernias.

Going into clinic on Saturday for verification and probably a referral.

Talked with couple teammates and friends about hernia. Showed them my Alien belly. We joked about past times and the stupid shit we did and have come back from. They’re behind me 100%. I’d take a bullet for these clowns.

Clinic this AM. Not Hiatal hernia, but have an abdominal hernia. Will still squat and bench. DL is out for a while.

Will consult with surgeon next week. May wait until fall for surgery. Golf league will be over at that point.

Sorry that you’ll be facing surgery down the road. All good thoughts for you:)

Went to see surgeon.

No hernia. No surgery. No restrictions.

Hell yes!

Have thinning of some fascia
/connective tissue. Won’t rupture. Considering it as “old man power belly”.

He said this is common and often misdiagnosed as hernia. He did say to not do situps or such crap. He suggested I keep wearing my belt higher.

Worst news is that I was 223 fully clothed. Need to get my weight back up.

Yay!!! No surgery, glad to here that.

Biker, yep, belt a little higher than normal. Talked about the very same thing a year or so ago at a meet with Ernie Lilliebridge, Sr.

I’m just a slow learner.

My jeans and such will be worn normal. They’ll creep up naturally in a few years
