Well a sneak peak for this coming weeks cals are over 4300 at a minimum so the constant changing is helping

Im at 3800 at the moment and im not fluctuating so the next 6 weeks will be very fun🙏

Tuesday PM training

Was split for time so I rotated between;

Standing dumbell lateral raises 3x100 6kg
Seated press 30kg 3x15/10

A little triple superset between;

Flat bench
50kgx15/10
70kgx15/10
90kgx15/10 (moved much quicker tonight)

Roll off the bench and knock out 10 push ups

Standing cable flys

4stacks x15/10
5stacks x15/10
6stacks x15/10

Then did:
3 sets 3 reps flat bench
110kg flat, with the lowering over 5 seconds, and squeezing the pecs at full ROM

Was gunna leave but decided to be a full on bro and smash out 3 sets 8 at 22.5kg dumbell curls because of tha pump yo

My right quad is in all sorts of pain today so im goingto rest today, and probably all tomorrow aswell

Back into the gym this arvo
Have had the last 2 days off
More so that I was just unable to get there, but my right leg has been causing me dramas as of late
Pretty shit quad pain on tues/wednes
And my glute was numb yesterday, plus today it was just that annoying pain

Gunna head in and do some upper work tonight in anticipation for legs tomorrow evening
Will update weight tomorrow, I feel much heavier this week

Friday PM training
Im not venturing too far off the track with my training, just combined chest and shoulders
Have upped my standard weights and kept the same reps

Standing dumbell lateral raises
9kg 3x100
Seated DB press 3x 15/10 30kg

Kneeling cable X flies coming down and across the chest and crossing my hands over to really put an emphasis on the lower pecs
4x 4 stacks
2x 5 stacks

Flat bench
2x10 60kg
2x10 70kg

3x5 90kg
3x5 100kg

Went back across to flies but just standard
2x 15/10 3 stack to get MMC

Hit a little circuit - 4 sets
Standing rotating bicep curl 18.5kg x 15/10
Super strict side and front DB lateral raise 10kg 20 reps
Incline DB shrugs 15kg 20 reps

Bacccckkkk across to the cables
Supersets x2
Tricep pushdown 5 stacks x20
Bicep curls 5 stacks x20

And that was me done

Really feeling the MMC as of late and I can see its making a difference

Which is good, it hasnt changed all that much, but visually I look bigger in my comparison photos and measurements

Im battling those thoughts because firstly im thinking “fuck im getting chunky” BUT its an even distribution of weight
Im happy with; my back getting bigger, my arms because up until now ive not trained them directly

Delts need to be bought up more
Pretty much everyyything up top needs to be bought up, but happy for some recommendations on where to focus my attention

Haven’t posted my last 2 days because I’ve been a little busy but will do my best to update

Saturday AM- back

A whole bunch of:
Dumbbell rows
T BAR rows
Lat pull downs
Cable rows
Cable stiff arm pull downs

I’m going to start incorporating more shrugs and snatch grip cleans/rack pulls
Really wanna emphasise my traps as they are pretty much non existent

Did a set of time carries, haven’t done many of them and haven’t done any in a longggg time
Will upload to Instagram tomorrow thus sharing it here

Sunday PM training
Quads/ super high rep shoulders and arms

Here’s one for the record book for me
5 sets 100 reps 8kg dumbbell lateral raise
Yeah that was brutal, I could baremy raise my arms after that

2 sets 10 reps
Seated db press 25kg

Did like 10 reps 50kg barbell press but was spent so I moved across to arms for a bit

22.5kg db standing curls
10kg front on simulnatious curls squeezing the entire time MMC was real with them

Seated tricep push down machine
The little 5 set thing I do x20 reps
5 plates from bottom, all the way too all the plates (I think it’s like 140kg or something)
Then back off to 7 plates from the bottom (80odd kg?)

10 reps
Superset back to the 22.5kg bicep curls
4 sets

On to quads
Just wanted to do some high rep work
Similar to the triceps push down
Except started from 8 plates from bottom working my way to all plates
20 reps
No rest between sets
After the last set, back down to 8 plates from bottom and did 20 of the slowest reps, like a ratio of 3 seconds push, 5 seconds hold, 3 seconds release

Stood up and was wobbly so called it there

Tomorrow is legs👍
