Loyalty is one of the most important factors in a friendship. If you haven’t gotten to know someone on a forum well enough to tell whether they are loyal or not then you should not fully trust them no matter how nice they seem.

My OHP is pretty much miles ahead of anything else I can do, it’s not a rep pr, but the last time I tested the RM of OHP, it was 110(I think, give or take 5kg)
Hopefully it starts to fill me out a bit, considering most of my pressing has been low reps
My next heavy shoulder day is Friday, will link up a video then

I had a suss at meadows gamma bomb (That’s the whole program yeah?)
So it was 6 weeks increasing volume, a deadload then increasing weight and volume again?
I’m making sure I’m reading it right, you have the pump, then explosive, supramax then training from stretched position?
