I still have a few weeks left of this coaching and I feel like I’ve learnt enough to be able to continually make changes and adjust the meal plan so I don’t get sloppy

My shoulders pretty much gave way after the first set, dropped down 10kgs and it wasn’t any better

I’ll let him sort that out, and do as whatever needs to be done
You poor bastard. I’ve been eating 3000 cals for like 7 of the last 8 days and I’m constantly hungry. I’ve also not lost a pound or even a tenth of a pound this week. I’m not looking forward to officially cutting in 2019.
