Yesterday was rest
Checked in with coach and things are progressing good
Weight has hit me like a tonne of bricks this weekend
I’ll post this picture as a good thing
I don’t think I’ve been this heavy, this “lean”
And I say lean because I’m still getting veins on my legs arms and shoulders and I don’t have a gut or anything

I’m 3kg shy of being classified as … You guessed it
Super heavy weight

I still have a few weeks left of this coaching and I feel like I’ve learnt enough to be able to continually make changes and adjust the meal plan so I don’t get sloppy

Tonight is upper fluff so I’ll post that later

My gym just got a kneeling leg curl and seated lateral raise machines and I feel like a kid in a candy store

Seated lateral raise hammer strength machine (eeeeeek)

First time using this machine
It’s so good, but man I can feel it destroying my rotator cuffs

Standing military press

Stuck it light due to the machines

Yeahhhhh these went to shit
My shoulders pretty much gave way after the first set, dropped down 10kgs and it wasn’t any better

Quick fill in as past few days have been busy

Wednesday was chest

Pretty much exactly the same as last session except everything went up 5kgs and it felt 50kg heavier
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again

Checked in with coach today
Is happy I’ve reached the 135
However this happened yesterday

So I think I’m gunna call that a wrap on the stupidenously quick “bulk”

He was under the agreeance that he can see enough muscle growth that he’d like to cut back now and go along the recomp lines again
Whether we go back to a little period of surplus again at the end of the year, we will have to see when I hit 250lbs i suppose, but considering at that weight I’m almost in famine, idk

Cals will be low 3000/high 2000 cals
I’ll let him sort that out, and do as whatever needs to be done

You poor bastard. I’ve been eating 3000 cals for like 7 of the last 8 days and I’m constantly hungry. I’ve also not lost a pound or even a tenth of a pound this week. I’m not looking forward to officially cutting in 2019.
